£3.95 UK RECORDED DELIVERY

For extra peace of mind, you can have your order posted via Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery. Orders will be posted within 4 days of your order being placed (excluding Weekends). We will obtain a tracking reference for your order which can be emailed on to you should you request it. You will need to sign for your order at delivery.

 

£5.95 INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We now ship to most countries worldwide. Orders will be posted within 4 days of your order being placed and items should be received within 8 working days dependant upon your location.

 

Import duties and customs charges may be applicable once the parcel reaches the destination country. We do not have any control over these charges nor are we able to offer any guidance on what the charges may be. The charges must be paid by the recipient. £9.95 + INTERNATIONAL SIGNED FOR DELIVERY

For extra peace of mind, you can have your order posted internationally using a signed for service. The cost of this is £9.95 for orders of £30.00 and under or £14.95 for orders over £30.00. Orders will be posted within 4 days of your order being placed and items should be received within 8 working days dependant upon your location.

PLEASE NOTE: Whilst we do not currrently offer a guaranteed UK next day delivery service, we do aim to post your order as quickly as possible, because nobody likes to wait ages for their purchases to arrive! If you do require your order urgently or within a specific timescale, please email us at mail@rockpaperkisses.co.uk or slide into our DM's with your order number to let us know and where possible, we will prioritise postage. We give a timescale of 4 working days for posting orders however, this takes into consideration any possible issues which may arise which could result in a delay. If we do have any problems with getting your order posted within the 4 working days specified, please be assured that we will contact you out of courtesy to make you aware. Similarly, if there are any periods of time whereby orders cannot be posted, for example due to annual leave, we will place a message on our website along with our social media pages to make you aware.

If your order includes custom, personalised or monogrammed items, please allow extra time for your order to be fulfilled.

 

Returns

 

whilst we hope that you are happy with your purchase/s, should you need to return your order for any reason, please email mail@rockpaperkisses.co.uk confirming your order number and the reason for the return. By contacting us first, we can arrange an exchange if this is your preferred option and/or monitor the receipt and processing of your return.

You have 14 days to decide if you want to return any items to us, in addition to the Distance Selling Regulations.

 

For hygiene reasons, we do not offer exchanges or refunds on pierced earrings unless they are faulty. All items being returned must be unworn and in their original packaging.

 

Please include your full name and order number with your return to assist us with processing this. We recommend obtaining proof of postage when returning your items to us. 

 

Refunds will be processed to the card or account used to make the original purchase within 7 days of us receiving your return. Please allow up to 10 days for the package to reach us dependant upon the postal service used and allowing for weekends or bank holidays.

 

Items will be refunded in full excluding initial or return postage costs.
